 Noon kickoff at Carter Finely for the NC State - Georgia Tech football game. The game will be broadcasted by the great Jefferson Pilot sports. This is a must win for NC State if they want to go see the Blue Turf of Boise or any other bowl. |

We cooked this for the first time for the 2004 Miami game before the taping of Gameday. It kept us fueled through gameday until the hot wings were ready. I think I would increase the bacon/cheese to potato ratio, but otherwise it was a pretty tasty breakfast. |

 If you've made it this far, chances are that you saw our sign on ESPN Gameday. We are in the middle of a HUGE day of tailgating that started at 8am in the morning and will probably end sometime around 1 or 2am Sunday morning. Today is a huge day at Carter Finely. We have ESPN Gameday on site, we are having our annual Red/White game which this year we shall honor Googs jersey, and then to cap it all off #3 UM comes to take on the Wolfpack. Tailgating highlights include a three meal plan - breakfast, hot wings and to finish it off Chili!! Of course, there is always homebrew to wash it down. Anyway, Take a look around the site. We've finally done it after 4 straight losses to Maryland. The Wolfpack finally managed to win a game over them. The Miami game time is set at 7:45pm on ESPN. There are still rumors of Gameday floating around. We are now 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the ACC. The defense is back to being ranked #1 in overall defense and passing defense.
UPDATE: GAMEDAY WILL BE AT CF FOR THE MIAMI GAME!!!!! |

 We are now are the middle point of the tailgating season. NC State is 3-1(2-0). There are three more home games left. Pictures are up for the Wake Forest game. |
